As a Scientific Programmer and Systems Administrator in the laboratory of Andrej Sali, Ursula's main responsibility is MODBASE, a database of comparative protein structure models. Additional projects include:

  • Comparative protein structure modeling for structural genomics (NYSGXRC).
  • Target selection for structural genomics (CSMP).
  • Shared systems administration and maintenance of a 1200 processor linux cluster,
    including associated servers, storage and network devices.
