DBAli ALERT!

Structural Genomics pages at DBAli.

The Structural Genomics initiaives aim to make the three-dimensional atomic-level structures of most proteins easily obtainable from knowledge of their corresponding DNA sequences. During recent years, several Structural Genomics consortia have deposited protein structures in the PDB. For most of those entries, there is limitted functional information. Currently, DBAli has parsed 4,339 chains from Structural Genomics (as annotated in the 'HEADER' of the PDB file). The links bellow lead to these particular chain entries in the PDB. The DBAli pages aim to facilitate the analisis and annotation of all the Structural Genomics protein structures.
