DBAli ALERT!
06/17/08 - The DBAli database is no longer being updated.

DBAli UPDATES NOTE

The PDB has recently released a new version of the remediated PDB files. In order to adapt all the DBAli scripts and programs (currently more than 13,000 Perl lines and more than 5,000 PHP lines), we have decided to stop the updates until all the code is verified to properly work with the new PDB files.

DBAli. A Database of Structure Alignments.

Marc A. Marti-Renom and Andrej Sali
with the help of Madhusudhan M.S., E. Narayanan, B. Webb
and A. Ortiz's MAMMOTH program.

This site contains an up-to-date all-against-all comparison of protein structures.

Currently, DBAli contains 1,748,371,897 pairwise structural alignments generated by MAMMOTH and family based multiple structure alignments for 34,637 non-redundant chains in PDB generated by MODELLER. The database also includes several links to internal and external resources.
