please replace BUILD_MODEL INITIALIZE_XYZ = off
to BUILD_MODEL INITIALIZE_XYZ = off, BUILD_METHOD =
'INTERNAL_COORDINATES'
in file $MODINSTALL/scripts/__generate_model.top
and
SET TOPLIB = '${LIB}/top_allh.lib'
in your .top file.
