Meeting summary from the "large group" I/H methods meeting
Thanks to everyone who joined us for the I/H methods meeting yesterday. It is a challenge every time we organize one of these meetings since our time zones span all the way from Japan to California and it is always inconvenient to someone or the other. Regardless, thank you for joining the meeting and contributing towards a very productive discussion.
The meeting summary is now available on the project GitHub wiki page https://github.com/ihmwg/IHM-dictionary/wiki/IHM-Meeting-Summary-Nov-16-2017. Please let me know if you have any questions in this regard.

Dear all
I was this week at a meeting in Hamburg where I advertised the new deposition site.
One very valid comment was about user-friendliness. To promote / stimulate deposition it will be important to provide a simple way of editing the cif files, i.e not only via the deposition system, but by providing examples that can be edited in a simple manner.
A cif editor would be great. And don’t come with the argument there are python (or other) libraries to handle those. This will not work for end users.
Just passing on remarks I got from potential depositors (and these were kind of software experts).
Cheers Alexandre
