set_model should not be called directly on Restraints either (it is just documented so that restraints can override it--I had forgotten to add a comment to his effect when I made Restrain::set_model visible recently.). You just use Model::add_{score_state,restraint}.<div>

After consulting the help, I can&#39;t figure out the use of ScoreState. I
does not seem to have a set_model function, as Restraint has. Is there
