moving biological_systems into separate git repo
I'd like to move the biological_systems directory out of the main IMP repository into a separate one because - it is close to half the total size of the repository - there isn't really any connection between the biological_systems and the rest of IMP as they are not run, tested or anything like that
Thoughts? Objections?

If no one knows, then we can definitely move it :-) It contains scripts to model various biological systems (groel, nup84 etc) along with the input data (which is the large thing).
