was there any change in the copyright format? svn rejects commits due to copyright and file description errors that used to work in the past (I tried multiple files) ....

There are no changes in the svn log to tools/subversion in the last week. I could commit this morning, but not now.

Nope.

Hmm, the Fedora folks updated the python-pygments package, which is used by that pre-commit check. I guess they changed their API in some non-compatible way. I'll fix that.
