minor change to move things to internal headers
This just moves code in internal namespaces to internal headers (or into the IMP namespace as appropriate). The point is to make doxygen docs cleaner.
Hi, I don't know whether this binary file will work on Mac. Could you let me know how to use this and the next one (another binary file in "clean up to kernel documentation" email)?
Thanks!

Those are just plain text patches to the kernel - not binary - so they should be viewable on any machine. The current policy for changes to the kernel is to post the patch to this mailing list (see https://salilab.org/imp/doc/ch01s05.html). This is because changes to the kernel potentially affect everybody, since all modules use the kernel. I encourage you to look over these patches if you have time, and make comments on any changes if you like, but no action is "required" of you; I will take care of integrating the changes into the kernel.
If you want to be made aware of changes to other modules in IMP, please subscribe to the imp-commits mailing list: https://salilab.org/imp/wiki/
