Dear Modeller users, I have a problem with a residue. I made a job that resulted in 10 models. in one of this (which is the best....) I' ve noticed a problem with a Phe residue. The geometry of it is wrong, it seems as a 4 atom ring!!! did anyone outside there encountered a trouble like this? Does this invalidate my calculation?
