As I said in my previous email, by "standard" I mean the Python included with Fedora. This is /usr/bin/python. You said you had several other versions of Python installed in /usr/local/. Fedora packages don't install there, hence "non-standard". These packages won't work with Modeller unless you set PYTHONPATH accordingly.
rpm -ql modeller | grep site-packages
will show you the directories where Modeller is installed for each standard version of Python.
Note also that if your Python is 32-bit, you need the 32-bit version of Modeller (ditto for 64-bit).
