[modeller_usage] Mutate Model -reg.

I want to use this script (*https://salilab.org/modeller/wiki/Mutate%20model https://salilab.org/modeller/wiki/Mutate%20model*) for mutating a single amino acid residue from aspartic acid to tyrosine. How and where do I need to modify the script?
