B-factor

I saw a previous post that asked the question, but did not see any reply. For the .ini files that can be outputted for the template, do the values in the B-factor column correspond to B-factor or flexibility of the restraints or something else entirely?

I am comparing two templates and would like to know if there is some information in that column and how I could use it.
