Re: [modeller_usage] to generate the DOPE plot

      Dear Ben,
This error came with: "python plot_profiles.py"
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "plot_profiles.py", line 2, in <module>
    import modeller
ImportError: No module named modeller
Do you have a clue about gnuplot error?
