[modeller_usage] new to modeller - optimization of homology model

Hi all,

I am new to MODELLER and require some assistance.

I have generated a homology model of the NDB heterodimer of a ABC protein, containing 2 ATP molecules and 2 Mg+2 ions.

The homology model requires optimization.

Please advise.
