How do i make a plot of the DOPE score like the one in the 'basic tutorial'. It says 'This profile is written to
a file `<span class="filename">TvLDH.profile</span>', which can be used as
input to a graphing program such as <span class="progs">GNUPLOT</span>', but when a plot it i get a straight line. <br>
Also, when i use the evaluate_model.py script on my own sequences, i only get a profile file and no dat files.<br>
