How to update the files CHAINS_3.0_40_XN.cod and CHAINS_all.seq?
Unfortunately, these files are not updatable by users but Eashwar Narajanan from the Sali Lab could make the lates version (to reflect PDB updates) and post it on the MODELLER web site.

Dear Bozidar,
I would most definitely be interested in such a posting (or alternatively, in a script that extracts the relevant information from a PDB file in the correct format).
