Can you directly compare the objective function between two models created using different templates? If not where can you find the Fsymm term used in the objective function?
Secondly, are Fstatic and Fdynamic from the objective function comparable between two models using different templates?

you can not directly compare obj function scores, because these scores depend on the (violation of ) restraints, number and type. The restraints depend on the given template.

no, see above. With respect to your question this is only a technical distincion how to update them during optimization.
