I used automodel - model-full.py script. I have NMR Structure. Some residues are missing in NMR MODEL no.1. I wish to use NMR Model No 2 as template.
How and where to make necessary changes ?

Modeller only reads the first model from an NMR PDB file. If you want to use the second model as the template, copy it into a separate file.
