Hi,
is it possible with modeller to read a particular model from a multi-model PDB file? Or to loop over all models in such a file?
Thanks, Thomas
Hi Thomas,
I don't know about Modeller has it. However, I have been using PDB module from BioPython project [1].
I hope it can help you.

Sorry, no - Modeller only reads the first model from such a file, terminating at the first ENDMDL record it encounters.
