I installed MatPlotLib 2.6v. (python2.6) Still it is showing me the error:
File "plot_profiles.py", line 1, in ? import pylab Importerror: No module named pylab
Please help me to over come this problem.

Either install the Python 2.3 version of MatPlotLib, or run Modeller directly with "python" (see the release notes) rather than using the 'mod9v8' script.
