Running MODELLER 6v2 on my Linux PCC (Red Hat 7.2) gives me the following error

Please help me solve this problem.

This means that your copy of Modeller is incorrectly installed. Either the LIBS_LIB6v2 variable is not set, or the libs.lib file it is pointing to does not exist. See the installation instructions.
