Modeling a missing loop without any template strand

Hi everyone,
I am quite new to modeller (My first time posting). I have a pdb file in which a loop (11 residues long) is missing. I DO NOT have a template strand which contains these missing residues. Can I use modeller to build these for me from scratch?
