Hi,
I apologize for the confusion. MODELLER for Win doesn't use installation script. Instructions how to install it are given in the readme file that you will find in the root directory.
I am also enclosing recent post from the list .
Best, Bozidar

Dear Bozidar ,Mensur,Modellers Thanks for your help. The main problem was the unzipping of the file. When I used winzip it worked fine to give the file structure. Then combining Mensurs tips with the help file I could set up the system. With the In the Windows XP you can set variables on the command line and the key with a special environment variable window under system-advanced. I ran the tutorial example as instructed and a coordinate file was generated which I could view with the free Sw.PDB Viewer (http://www.expasy.org/spdbv/). Could be interesting for some you church-mice modellers (like me) to know this. I am now hopefully ready to go into deeper waters (than you can with Sw.PDBv). many thanks Simon Gough
