I get the following error message and I don't understand how it arises.
csrrng__299E> Atom index is out of bounds: 3015 3014

Looks like you have a restraint defined which is trying to act on an atom which doesn't exist. I can't tell any more without seeing your input files - either post them or check your restraints.
