molpdf and DOPE are both "energy" scores, so don't tell you if your model is "good" - you can only really use them to rank models. A GA341 score of 1.0 does suggest a good model, but a better score to use these days is normalized DOPE.

Sorry I did not get you. How do I get a normalized DOPE score? Forgive me if I asked a very rookie question, I am new to modeller.
