Hello, I want to model the ligand (ATP) and metal atom (Mg) along with protein. Ligand and metal atom are there in the template using for modeling. I tried with the procedure given in modeller manual but i am not successful.Pl. send me the sample alignment and .top files for the given situation.Any help is greatly appreciated.
