Dear Modeller! I'm trying to align sequence that 1200 residues long, and that cause internal error. In old discussions forum (1998) I've find link to the executables to the long (more then 1000) sequnces, but the link is old(guitar.rockfeleller.edu/pub/modeller/*), could you post new one. Please post the input files, so that we can reproduce your problem.

Separate executables for long sequences shouldn't be necessary any more, and no longer exist. If you're getting an internal error, it's probably a bug in Modeller.
