hai friends, can any tell me how to get pdb_95.bin file from modeller website. I need this file to run modeller scripts. please assist me in this regard.

I suggest you work through the basic modeling tutorial on the website. The very first script in that tutorial generates pdb_95.bin from pdb_95.pir.
