Dear my modeller! I do have a problem I'm modelling the protein (that's what we are doing) 1. the template is made from 5 subunits 2. I have the same error every time Unknown residue type, position, sequence 292 3 1. What I can make with all that 2. How to write right at script file to use one of the subunits OR I need to cut 4 subunits to use pdb of only one??? Yoz Vladimir!

Sounds like a problem with your alignment file. If you can post that and your .top file, maybe someone can help you with your problem.
