I am using modeller8v2 in linux environment. When i try to execute model_energies.py, i got a error.
"complete_pdb not defined"
How can i solve this prolem?

Upgrade to Modeller 9v2. The tutorial scripts are for Modeller 9, and will not work with Modeller 8.
