I wondered whether it's possible to build a DNA complex model? (My model is a heterodimer, bounded as a dimer on the DNA!) I'm sure it is, but i can't figure out which protocol i have to define.. Any tip or hint would be very appreciated.. Thanks Matthias Negri Univesity of Bologna
