Reg. comparing dope profile or both template and model
Thanks for the help to generate dope plot.
Now, we generated dope plot for template and model individually. How to compare dope plots of them in a single plot?

You will only be able to do a qualitative comparison, since DOPE scores are not normalized. You will also have to correct for any gaps in the two sequences.
