I received this error message "./mod6v2: line 38: mod6v2_: command not found"
I looked in the mod6v2 script and line 38 calls on $NICE. In the script, "NICE=". What should NICE be equal to? Thanks, Cheri Turman

Check that you have the ${MODINSTALL}/bin directory in your path, and you have all the environment variables set correctly. One of them is $EXECUTABLE_TYPE6v2 - which defines the filename of the modeller executable.
$NICE is usually defined as 'nice', which is a command to make a program run 'nicely' (not take up all the CPU time). Its good if you want to run modeller in the background, but doesn't need to be set to use modeller.
Enjoy.
