Hi, Modeller users I had tried to run the example 1 in workshop of the web site.but it reported lots of erros as follows on p4 win2k sp2 patch : mod7v7 seq_search.top

This examples are for Modeller 6v2. For 7v7, before using SEQUENCE_SEARCH you must call READ_SEQUENCE_DB. See http://salilab.org/modeller/manual/node94.html
The errors for your other input files are all obvious - the input files don't exist!
