Modelling N and C terminal regions

Hello, I need to model N and C terminal residues. For N terminal it is only 1 residue, whereas for C terminal it is 12 residues. Can I use Loop Refinement for this? Thank you.

You can certainly try it - a 12 residue loop is pretty long though, and since one end isn't anchored, Modeller probably won't be able to pack it properly.
