One of the main aims of MODELLER is to allow for flexible
exploration of various modeling protocols to facilitate
the development of better modeling methods. MODELLER can
be seen as an interpreted language that is specialized for
modeling of protein 3D structure. MODELLER's organization
is hierarchical and modular:
