- Description:
- This can be called after model building is complete. It clusters all of the
output models, and outputs an averaged cluster structure, both optimized
(in the file cluster.opt) and unoptimized (in cluster.ini).
cluster_cut gives the cluster cutoff distance, as used in
model.transfer_xyz().
