WRITE_SCHEDULE -- write optimization schedule

FILE = $\langle{\tt string:1}\rangle$	'default'	partial or complete filename
OUTPUT_DIRECTORY = $\langle{\tt string:1}\rangle$	''	output directory

Description:

This command writes out the schedule for the variable target function method. This schedule file can then be read by the READ_SCHEDULE command.
