- 2-16-17: 72 new nodes (with 2016 cores) added to cluster -- id49-id120, and 1 new GPU node -- idgpu2
- 10-28-16: 1 new GPU node added to cluster -- idgpu1
- 9-28-16: 16 new nodes (with 448 cores) added to the shared cluster -- id33-id48
- 12-18-15: 32 new nodes (with 768 cores) added to the shared cluster -- id1-id32
- Each node has 2 Intel Xeon E5-2680v3 processors and 256GB of RAM
11-20-15: 2 data transfer nodes, pass1 and pass2.compbio.ucsf.edu added to cluster
- 8-17-15: 2 GPU nodes added to cluster -- iogpu1 and iogpu2
