IMP 1.0 stable release

This release is recommended for beginners. It does, however, lack some of the newer functionality available in the nightly builds.

Binary installers

• RedHat Enterprise Linux 5 RPMs (Python 2.4)
  • Base IMP package (needed for all users): 32-bit; x86_64; Itanium
  • IMP-python package (needed to use IMP Python scripts): 32-bit; x86_64; Itanium
  • IMP-devel package (needed to compile C++ code using the IMP libraries): 32-bit; x86_64; Itanium
• Fedora 12 Linux RPMs (Python 2.6, with CGAL):
  • Base IMP package (needed for all users): x86_64
  • IMP-python package (needed to use IMP Python scripts): x86_64
  • IMP-devel package (needed to compile C++ code using the IMP libraries): x86_64

All of the RPMs are signed with this GPG key. For all other packages, please check the MD5SUM and its signature.

Nightly builds

Nightly builds are not as well tested as the stable releases but do include new functionality (they are updated daily).

Installers and source code

Installers for Windows, Linux (Fedora 16, RHEL 5, RHEL 6), and Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) are available. The source code can also be obtained from the same location, or from our Subversion repository.
