Check that you have the ${MODINSTALL}/bin directory in your path, and you have 
all the environment variables set correctly. One of them is 
$EXECUTABLE_TYPE6v2 - which defines the filename of the modeller executable.

$NICE is usually defined as 'nice', which is a command to make a program run 
'nicely' (not take up all the CPU time). Its good if you want to run modeller 
in the background, but doesn't need to be set to use modeller.
