Dear Professor Sali,
I want to mutate a known protein (structure is known) by MODELLER. For
example , mutating F(119) to ALA, I can get the mutated structure by classical comparative protein
modelling step. But it costs time. I want to achieve this as fast as
possible. Could you help me ?
