Dear Dr. Bozidar
I have a 3D structure of a complex between a protein and its peptidic
ligand. I would like to change some amino acids of the protein in complex
or replace the ligand with another one or do them simoultaneously and
model the complex.
Would you please inform me to do this and how to make .ali and .top for
this task.
