Hi,
I have seen in the Chapter 4 of the manual how to
build a multi-domain protein model using templates corresponding only to the
individual domain. But I think I obtain a model with an incorrect relative
orientation of the diferent domains. How can I orient the three template
structures appropriatly before the modeling?
