the first code is the family representative, after the colon all the
other pdb codes listed referring to proteins with more than 40% identity
to the representative. Only proteins with at least 3.0 A resolution and
with minimum length of 40 residues are considered.

Your lines are probably wrapped. One group is on one line, if you have a
wide enough shell you can see them in one line.
