the linux/UNIX "grep" command is quite helpful to extraxt the scores of the
modeller scoring function, try sth like
grep "OBJ" *.B*
in the directory where you store your modeller results.
This lists you the score for each model, lower numbers are better, but
there are obviously other methods to rank your models and ranking models
of similar quality is not a trivial task.
