Dear Modellers,
I'd like to know if mod8v2 is able to build a homopentamer copying only the
first chain from the heteropentameric template and then building the
remaining 4 chains by axial symmetry. This is important because only one
chain is highly conserved while the others are different.
Any help will be much appreciated.
