Just pass in " " as the chain ID in that case. There is no need to
change the script, although the changes you did make are correct.
But I have obtained a model very similar as that in input.
Should I try to change some parameter in the script?
What were you expecting? You only mutated a single residue, so the model
should look very similar to the input model.
