[modeller_usage] Warning messages

Hi All,
I  recently installed modller9v2 on the linux (UBUNTU) machine. I could
modeller successfully, but I am getting few warning messages at the
beginning of the execution. Below I am pasting the warning messages.

Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix>
Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix>
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]
'import site' failed; use -v for traceback

I am thankful if some one can help me to correct it.
